| Details: | DETAILS: Spoke with Treven Whitney on the phone concerning the coliform results. Treven stated that in addition to taking the additional required samples. The church was in the process of getting bids to install an ultraviolet light system on the water system. I instructed Treven to keep in touch with the health department regarding installation. ACTION NEEDED: Action will be predicated on results from ensuring samples, as well as the installation of the Ultraviolet light system. | ||
