| Details: | Herb called about the coliform sample results. The initial sample was collected on 2/10 and was positive for total coliform. The 3 repeat samples and triggered source sample were collected on 2/12/20. The one coliform positive sample result was from the same location as the original location. We discussed the location and he mentioned the plumbing was in need of replacement. A follow up sample result will be taken week of 2/17/20. At this time, no other actions are required. | ||
