| Details: | SUMMARY: 09/27/05 results exceeded lead action level DETAILS: Lead and copper testing conducted on September 27, 2005 resulted in exceeding the lead action level of 0.015 mg/l with a 90th percentile result of 0.0155 mg/l. Sample site may be unrepresentative due to fixture plumbing upgrades. See letter dated 07/18/06 in file for more information. ACTION NEEDED: Investigate appropriateness of sample site and notify Mark Edington with Columbia County of results and/or changes. Take new round of 5 samples by September 30, 2006.
