| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator reports two routines are positive DETAILS: System had two TC positive samples taken 6/8/06 at spaces 13 and 63. The third one, taken at space 18, was OK. Tom states he has to go out of town for a few days- will disinfect entire system again either before he leaves or shortly after his return, and do one or two check samples. I told him I would like to meet with him and DHS-DWP tech staff if available to troubleshoot the system. ACTION NEEDED: Tom faxed me a copy of the PN he posted 6/8/06. | ||
