| Details: | SUMMARY: Four reepeats taken 6/6/06 all positive TC DETAILS: Left Larry a message Friday 6/9 inquiring about the 4 repeats that were coliform positive for Harrient Lake CG (initial routine positive TC done 6/1/06). Asked what his plan for this handpump is (I.e. disinfect, take out of service). Reminded him to do a public notice and send a copy to DHS-DWP. Also reminded him to do 5 routines in July. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required at this time, I will continue to monitor. | ||
