| Details: | SUMMARY: Received an alert on the 30th of May, 2006 for fecal coliform. DETAILS: Spoke with January Adams on the 2nd of June. He stated the water system tested positive for fecal coliform on the 30th of May. Four repeat samples were taken on the 30th of May. The result were received on the lst of June, in which one sample was positive for total coliform but not E.Coli or fecal. Each tenant received a public notice on the 1st of June. ACTION NEEDED: The system will be shock chlorinated on the 6th of June, 2006. Follow up sampling needs to be done within a week and with an absence of chlorine residual. | ||
