| Details: | DETAILS: 6/2/06 - spoke to Steve Johnson the owner of Hog Wild. Steve stated that as soon as he got the positive sample back, the shock chlorinated the well. Steve stated that Grants Pass water lab would be back today 6/2 to take the additional 4 samples needed. The system has an ultraviolet light treatment system, I instructed Steve to have the unit checked for failsafe criteria. ACTION NEEDED: Any further action will be predicated on the 4 additional samples. I will follow up with Steve on the UV issues. | ||
