| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Dept of Water Resources siting decision with Operator DETAILS: 6/19/06 Discussion with Kris Byrd Enforcement DWR regarding DWR requirements for sitting a new well for Harmony Acres. The DWR will not allow a variance to setback requirements since there are sites on the property where setback from storm water drainage, pressurized sewer line and septic tanks can be met. 6/20/06 I notified Betty Seals of my conversation with Kris Byrd. | ||
