Details: SUMMARY: Well is in a confined aquifer and does not require GWUDI evaluation DETAILS: Elizabeth called regarding the need for evaluating their well for GWUDI. Upon review, even though the well construction was inadequate, the distance and aquifer character (confined) indicated low risk of Giarida and Crypto. Well was removed from active GWUDI list ACTION NEEDED: None
