| Details: | I contacted Ms. Carson and she has corrected the vent screen which was the most likely cause of contamination associated with the most recent coliform positive results. Shock chlorination was not used as directed due to lack of persons able to complete this effectively in the area. The corrective actions to close the level 2 investigation from 2019 has been completed. |
