| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a total coliform positive routine sample taken on 7/18/06. I called David Green on 7/19/06. David was not sure why the sample came out positive. I told him to take 4 repeat samples within 24 hours and 5 routines next month and asked him to call me with the results of the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 4 repeat samples. | ||
