Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Quarterly taken 7/7/06 positive TC DETAILS: 4 follow-up samples taken 7/11/06 marked as "special" were all absent for coliform. Spoke with Toms wife Friday morning 7/14. She said they didnt know why the sample was positive TC ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time.
