| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 7/3/2006. DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample collected 7/3/2006. I left messages for John Ulicny on 7/11 and 7/13 regarding the required four repeat samples. John Ulicny returned my call on 7/14/06 and said that all four repeats collected 7/5/2006 were absent for coliform and that five routine samples for August are on the schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 5 routines in August. | ||
