| Details: | SUMMARY: Source samples negative and PN received DETAILS: John called and said that the coliform source samples, taken after the 5 positive total coliform routine samples (from 7/12/06), were negative and that he was going to flush the temporary chlorine residual out so that he could take more distribution samples to find the problem. He also faxed me a copy of the Public Notice. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of investigative sampling and corrective measures. | ||
