| Details: | DETAILS: I spoke with Operator Martha Alvarez concerning the positive colifrom test result dated 2/14/06. Repeat samples were taken. I received the repeat test results March 1, 2006. The samples were taken 2/21/06 and one of the four repeats was positive for total coliforms and all were negative for fecal. The operator is unsure of cause. ACTION NEEDED: I informed the operator of the Public Notice requirement and also asked the Operator to attempt to determine the cause, once found, the Operator needs to correct it. The operator shocked the well as per phone conversation 3/3/06. I informed the operator that repeat samples are needed and if they are negative, then 5 routines need to be taken the following month. I gave Operator a sample of total coliform Public Notice and requirements. I asked the operator to fax me a copy of what she posts. | ||
