| Details: | DETAILS: May 25, 2006 Attempted to contact eh Operator by phone, left message. May 30, 2006 - I contacted Dave Krahmer, Operator on phone. I informed him of the Nitrate alert exceeding 50% of MCL. Mr. Krahmer stated he is using a filter for Nitrate. I informed him of health concerns for pregnant women and children. Mr. Krahmer stated he does not have any pregnant women and children using the system. I recommended to him to do an additional Nitrate test. ACTION NEEDED: Called 6/27/06, informed Sally, (Daves operator) that quarterly Nitrate sampling is required. | ||
