| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP Field Consult DETAILS: I met with Juan Lopez on site. I went over some examples for preparing a plan for ERP. We discussed procedures, checked well houses to provide suggestions on security, discussed disinfection in Emergency clean-up, spills, went over contact info he provided and discussed MCL for plan. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Lopez will discuss the above with Vickie in his office and work with her to complete plan. I noted we can review the plan for them when completed. They will need to send it in to us. | ||
