| Details: | SUMMARY: Did not sample in June / general sampling DETAILS: Dan called to let us know that he didnt take a sample in June 2006. He has been dealing with some serious family issues. I told him hed get a non-reporting violation and that hed have to report it in his CCR with other reporting violations. We reviewed his violation history and he said he was sampling "every 30 days" and not worrying about which month it was in. I explained that we go strictly by the calendar months, and that he would need to sample during each month, preferably near the beginning in case he needs to do repeats. Since he has several reporting violations, I told him he may become a SNC, and that to clear his record he should be extra careful to get at least 6 months in a row of no violations. He didnt think that would be a problem now that he gets the calendar month idea. We also went over other monitoring due this year: lead and copper, arsenic, nitrate, VOC, SOC. He hasnt done his 2004 or 2005 CCR and asked for me to fax him the one from 2003 so he can use it as a template. ACTION NEEDED: fax Dan the 2003 CCR (done). | ||
