| Details: | DETAILS: Received TC positive notice 6/08/06 and called system. Spoke with owner/operator Terry and Jean Storlie. Repeat samples taken 6/7 (day after initial positive) and 3 of 4 were present. Well sample negative and all in dist. Present. Discussed chlorinating reservoir and flushing into distribution and taking special samples to verify. Discussed public notice and Jean will fax copy of PN to me to forward to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: After chlorinating, take special verification samples (s) to ensure water is absent of coliforms. If ok, take 5 routine samples in July. Get copy of PN to me or DWP. Took special samples (2) on 6/14/06 and 6/20 - both special verification samples absent of coliforms. | ||
