| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform results and public notice DETAILS: Todd Petersen called because he recently purchased the Cedar Tree MHP water system and he plans on taking over operation of the system from the current operator, Melvin Olson. Also, the water system had a positive routine total coliform in July and two positive repeat total coliform results. Petersen was faxed the public notice instructions and template for unresolved total coliform violations. ACTION NEEDED: Cedar Tree MHP is required to issue and distribute public notice by August 10 and submit a copy to the DWP. | ||
