| Details: | DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Alexander about alert received at the health department on 7/6/06 concerning positive Coliform samples. Bob stated that the chlorinator on his water system had broken down and that he was having someone come out to fix it this afternoon 97/7/06. I discussed with Bob the need to test for chlorine residual on a periodic basis in order to determine operability of the system. ACTION NEEDED: Further action predicated on additional samples, and repair of the system. | ||
