| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 Routines taken 7/11/06 positive TC DETAILS: Left message Friday 9:30 am 7/14 inquiring about positive TC samples and asked him to call me and tell me what they are doing about it. Larry routinely removes the pump handle when this happens. I reminded him to do 4 repeats and then 5 routines in August the repeats are absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor | ||
