| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 Routines taken 7/11/06 positive TC DETAILS: Left message Friday 9:30 AM 7/14 inquiring about positive TC samples and asked him to call me and asked him to call me and tell me what they are doing about it. Larry routinely removes the pump handle, when this happens. I reminded him to do 4 repeats and then 5 routines in August if the repeats are absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor. Needs to do a PN and send copy to the State if not done so already. | ||
