| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly Routine Taken 7/11/06 positive TC DETAILS: Spoke to Mr. Annett and asked about the positive TC sample. He said he had a pipe repaired but it was downstream from where the sample was taken so he wasnt sure if that was the cause. He also said that the storage tank filled up higher than it usually does and wondered if it could have picked up contaminates that way. I told him maybe. He said he has since disinfected the entire system. Hes been trying to get Coffey up to do repeats but they havent shown up yet. H knows to do 4 repeats and 5 routines in August. They are do for a survey so we set up an appointment for Thursday 7/27 at 11 AM. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. Sanitary Survey is scheduled for next week 7/27/06. | ||
