| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine and 2 repeat samples in July 2006. DETAILS: I contacted Bill Balfour on 7/31/2006 in response to an alert for a routine total coliform sample collected on 7/26/2006. Bill reported that he did collect the required four repeat samples on 7/27/2006 and was waiting for the results. On 7/31/2006, Bill left a message that 2 out of the 4 repeat samples were positive for total coliform. As of 8/1/06, Billl shock chlorinated the system the night of 7/31 and will wait until 8/7 to collect a "special" to determine if the corrective action helped the situation. Public notice is required and I emailed him the template today. He will send a copy back to me to get credit for posting. He is aware that 5 routine samples are required for August. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of completed and posted public notice and 5 routines for August. | ||
