| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Response for Unresolved Coilform Violation DETAILS: Ed Harksell came in to the office this morning to let me now that they disinfected all three reservoirs on July 5 or 6, mixed the water (with a canoe paddle) let it sit for 6 hours, then ran it through the system and discharged at blowoffs at the two lowest deadened lines. They collected five routines for July (2 on the 11th and 3 on the 18th) throughout the system. These five were all good coliform absent, so I gave him a copy of the public notice template for coli form resolved. Ed is hopeful that cooling the water will help them keep the coli form down. It is only in the hot weather that they have these problems. ACTION NEEDED: System to post Public Notice of resolution of the coli form problem and submit copy to state. | ||
