| Details: | SUMMARY: USFS Wyeth CG had a water sample that was positive for total coliform on 7/5/06. DETAILS: I called Doug Lample and left a message on his voice mail concerning the bad sample 7/10/06. He returned call 7/11/06. He resample and submitted his repeats. All repeat samples were negative for colifrom bacertia. ACTION NEEDED: Review water system operation and be sure to maintain a detectable residual (0.2mg/l free chlorine) at all times in the water system. When a sample is positive for coliforms, four (4) repeat samples must be collected within 24 hours after being notified by the laboratory. Samples were submitted. All repeat samples were negative for coliform bacteria. | ||
