| Details: | SUMMARY: At site to investigate site and sample for coliform and nitrate. DETAILS: Follow-up investigation at site to an order for system to sample for TC and nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: System connection count showed a total of 13 active units. System should be reduced to a nontransient, noncommunity, State Reg system. Reduce monitoring requirements. I collected 4 samples for coliform bacteria and sampled for nitrates. 3 of the 4 spc TC samples tested negative. The positive sample was from a swivel faucet from a kitchen sink (test sites were very limited). However, the well sample tested negative. System needs to upgrade the sampling plan. | ||
