| Details: | SUMMARY: Sample taken 8/01 E.coli positive. DETAILS: A sample taken on 8/01 was total coliform positive. Burnett contacted Frank Douglas, Larry Lawrence, and Marvin Hare on 8/02. Repeat samples were taken and then the chlorinator was activated on the evening of 8/02. On 8/03 Burnett inspected the system and measured a chlorine residual of 0.2 mg/l in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: 8/04 - All repeat samples were negative so there is no TCR violation. 5 Routine samples required in September. | ||
