| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample taken 7/27 TC positive, MCL violation for July. DETAILS: 1 out of 5 Routine samples TC positive and 1 Repeat sample TC positive so MCL violation for July occurred. Well will be disinfected and flushed today. Apparently well was not disinfected after pump replaced in June. ACTION NEEDED: Burnett faxed well disinfection procedures and public notification templates. System to post public notice. Burnett upgraded contact information to reflect that Mary Grieve is new Admin contact and Bill Vail is lease holder/manager. | ||
