Details:	SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert = Public Notice DETAILS: Firm has Total Coliform after e.Coli positive on June 16/2006. Firm has posted Boil Water Notice, and a Closure on Food Service Operations has been posted by OSDA. The firm has Kuo Labs treating the wells with chlorine. Dee found that the well caps had been removed and the wells had been exposed to recent heavy rains. The treatment will take 4 hours to circulate through distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice must remain until a sample is taken and is negative. OSDA Closure must remain on food service activities until 4 repeat samples are received and negative.
