| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive one of 4 repeats after treatment. DETAILS: The firm has completed treatment of all wells and distribution system. I took another sample today (6/23) to verify no chlorine present. One of 4 repeats the firm took 6/22 was positive at the A & W hand sink. Dee thought the reason might be the faucet and plans to replace faucet. The other locations including the normal sample sight tested negative. The firm has agreed to buy ice and use bottled water for beverages. The food service activities may begin as long as water is not used as an ingredient. ACTION NEEDED: Revise Boil Notice and post. Take three repeat samples on Monday, June 26, 2006 include the A & W sample sight. Notice must remain posted for 7 days or until all samples (4 repeats and 5 routines) are negative.
