| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert- 3 of 5 Routines Positive -TCR DETAILS: Three of five routines were positive taken from inside sink. Five repeats taken May 26/06 taken from a sink upstream from previous samples. Spoke with manager, Noreen Johnson. The ice machine was moved and hot water tank was repaired. She did not know whether or not it was before or after samples. Nitrate sample also taken. ACTION NEEDED: Firm must post Public Notice (templates were emailed). A copy of notice must be sent to Drinking water. Notice must remain posted until all repeat samples are negative. Recommending treatment. Public Notice | ||
