| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Alert Follow-up DETAILS: Follow-up with firm on required 5 routines for May. Four repeat samples were submitted. The samples were negative. I spoke with Noreen, Manager, she was not aware that 5 routines were required the following month. She does have enough sampling bottles and agreed to take samples. Sampling requirements given. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 5 routine samples before end of May, 2006. | ||
