| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform positive - Alert TCR DETAILS: Firm has changed ownership and management. The colifrom sample was not taken in time for first quarter as I instructed them to do. The sample on April 6th is positive. I have spoken with Hill and Norreen, Managers of Tollgate Store & Restaurant. The new owner Verland Flueharty has been instructed to contact me for change of ownership. The firm is instructed to take four repeat samples today (4/7). The Nitrate sample must also be taken since missed in 2005. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples ASAP. Followed by 5 routines in May. Nitrate must be taken ASAP. Post Public Notice for not reporting. | ||
