| Details: | SUMMARY: Four repeat samples were collected 7/7/06. All four samples tested positive for TC DETAILS: All four repeats came back positive. All four samples were taken from swivel faucets with screens. (Paige said that she has never had a problem with these faucets before). I sent Paige information on proper microbiological sampling technique. I also sent Paige a public notice template. Paige is going to shock chlorinate the system and then take special samples to verify that the chlorination was effective. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate the system | ||
