| Details: | SUMMARY: A positive routine coliform sample was collected on 7/14/06 DETAILS: 7/17/05- Tried to reach operator Chuck Huber. 7/18/06 - Tried again to reach Chuck -unsuccessful. 7/19 I confirmed with the Grants pass lab that four repeat samples had been submitted. 7/20/06 - I confirmed with the Grants Pass water lab that all four repeats tested absent for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be submitted in the month of August. | ||
