| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive colifrom repeat samples on 4/27/06 DETAILS: On 4/28/06 I spoke with Jim Nash with Stutzman Services regarding positive repeat coliform samples collected on 4/27/06 and received on 4/28/06. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to shock chlorinate system and reservoir today or tomorrow. He is planning to issued a public notice to the residents and resample again next coming Tuesday. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow-up. | ||
