| Details: | SUMMARY: One positive colifrom routine sample on 5/12/06 DETAILS: On 5/15/06- I spoke with Jim Nash of Stutzman Services regarding the positive repeat colifrom samples collected on 5/12/06 and received on 5/16/06. Only one of the five routine samples tested positive. I suggested taking a sample from the entry point since the positive sample appeared to be near the entry point. He is planning to do a second shock chlorination to the system prior to resampling. He believes he might have not used strong enough concentration for disinfection. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow-up. | ||
