| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 6/2/2006. DETAILS: On 6/14/05 I spoke to Mark Elledge regarding Nitrate sample collected on 6/2/06 and received on 6/14/06. I told Mark he will need to test for nitrates for four consecutive quarters. I recommended he take a sample this quarter and the next three consecutive quarters for a total of four consecutive quarters. Mark is already taking quarter samples for nitrates. I told Mark that if the samples from four consecutive quarters are less than the MCL (10 ppm), he is only required to take samples annually. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow-up. | ||
