Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 3/28/06. DETAILS: On 6/15/06 I spoke to Tim Truett regarding Nitrate sample collected on 3/28/06 and received on 6/14/06. I told Tim we can count his sample from 3/28/06 as one of the four consecutive quarterly samples required. He will take a sample this quarter and the next two consecutive quarters for a total of four consecutive quarters. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow-up.
