Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 6/28/06. DETAILS: On 6/14/06 I spoke with Tim Triuett regarding Nitrate sample collected on 6/28/06 and received on 6/14/06. I told Tim he will need to test for nitrates for four consecutive quarters. He will take a sample this quarter and the next three consecutive quarters for a total of four consecutive quarters. If all the samples test less than the MCL for nitrates, then he can go back to annual nitrate sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow-up.
