| Details: | DETAILS: I talked to the Operator about the missing Emergency Response Plan. She stated that she thought that it was completed and would check her records. She mailed me a copy of her certificate of completion (which she said may not have been sent in) and a letter issued by our office accepting the plan. She had an incorrect PWS on Certificate. | ||
