| Details: | SUMMARY: Private As test yields 57ppb DETAILS: Andrea McCarty of McCarty Realtors called to say that a prospective buyer of a home in James Community WS had an arsenic test done on the water. The test yielded results of 0.057 mg/L. Customer wanted to know what kind of treatment they could use. Local water treatment dealer argues against RO and recommends Fe-oxide medium. Based on Fe analyses, the water would be considered a low-Fe water for treatment purposes. ACTION NEEDED: DN will contact water system and recommend that an As test be conducted. | ||
