| Details: | Wyatt Rutherford (board member) emailed to ask for an extension on their remaining significant deficiency, which was due by 3/1/2020. Their treatment DRC (Michael Murphy) does not also have a Distribution operator certification, and he is no longer pursuing that. Instead, Country Club Estates is going to hire a new DRC with both treatment and distribution certifications. They are asking for a 60-day extension to secure those services and get the contract signed and submitted, with the new due date of May 1. I am approving this extension. Since it is the Distribution DRC that is missing rather than Treatment DRC, the public health risk for a limited time is not great. | ||
