| Details: | DETAILS: I phoned Mr. Edel to check on the status of his emergency response plan. He said that he had lost the ERP material. On 5-8-06, I did a sanitary survey of Mr. Edels water system and hand delivered him the ERP material. ACTION NEEDED: Check to see that he completes the material by 6-10-06. | ||
