| Details: | SUMMARY: Review SWA File and comment on well construction DETAILS: Water system is having problems with low yield wells and TC+ test results. A review of the SWA File found that both sources were considered highly sensitive due to TC+ results from sample taken at entry point. Well #1 also highly sensitive due to unconfined fractured bedrock aquifer conditions. Both wells have pumps that are likely set at a depth of 200 feet above the bottom of each hole. Conclusions based on review results suggest that source-related coliform could be the result of stagnant water at the bottom of each well and or cascading water within Well #1. Starter options were given as a means of initiating discussion of possible solutions. More specific details included in SWA file. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
