| Details: | SUMMARY: All four repeats taken 7/25/06 positive TC DETAILS: Sanitary survey conducted on 7/27/06 and spoke to Mr. Annett about the positive TC repeats. He said they disinfected the storage tank prior to taking the repeats. Now they are going to disinfect the wellhead since that didnt work. He is going to see if that works and if not, start checking for broken pipes or other causes. I asked him to keep me posted. I gave him a Public notice form and asked him to posit it, also to send a copy to DHS-DWP. Coffee Labs is handling further sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
