| Details: | The water system survey was conducted last week. During this inspection, discuss in length the current nitrate level with the operator. Operator new to system. Site inspection leads to the possibility of a nearby failing septic system (no Ag, etc.). Contact supervisor of this system who reports that the library's septic system was recently identified as having a poor septic system connection. It is likely that not all sewage from this facility was captured by the septic system. The Nitrate chemical schedule has been increased to quarterly. The supervisor assures me that the septic system is now properly connected. | ||
