| Details: | The firm did nitrate testing on 2-7-2020, DWS did not receive the results although they did receive the total/e.coli coliform sample taken that same day. Spencer forwarded me the nitrate result. Also, on 2-6-2020 Spencer confirmed that he placed a screen on the wellhead vent, therefore a public notice is not required since the violation was corrected. Compliance will return to compliance these violations according to Chuck M. and the firm will no longer be a PNC. | ||
